Being a concierge not only welcoming guest, assist any enquiries or handle their luggage, it’s an ability to listen and have empathy with them. The best moment since I became as a concierge, the guest have become a friend. It requires a good network and a determination not to take ‘no’ for an answer. Hotel concierge is a good job for somebody who truly enjoys working with people. During Covid-19 pandemic, my role  is to ensure that high standards of health and safety procedures  are being  implemented.
